Lidded Bowl, 18 cm
A bowl with a matching enamel lid and a small knob. Leftovers go from the table to the fridge without cling film, and dough can prove in it overnight.
The lid sits on the rim rather than sealing, so it keeps food covered, not airtight. It is not for carrying soup in a bag.
Every piece is pressed from one sheet of steel and coated in glass enamel fired at around 800 °C, so no two are identical: expect a dark speck or two at the rim edge, slight waves in the glaze and the odd pinhole. Those are part of how enamel is made, not faults.
Specification

Care
Dishwasher-safe, though washing by hand keeps the gloss longer. Dry it rather than leaving it to drain if the rim has taken a knock: where enamel chips, the steel underneath can rust. Not for the microwave. More on the Care & Materials page.
